By downloading, installing, or using any QC Pro Apps application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
QC Pro Apps provides professional quality control inspection tools for welding, coating, and general inspection industries. The Apps include:

Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You retain full ownership of all inspection data you create using the App. We claim no ownership rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide our services.
The App, including its code, design, features, and content, is owned by QC Pro Apps and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Important: The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
The App is a tool to assist with quality control documentation. It does not replace professional judgment, and users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all inspections and reports.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QC Pro Apps from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination:
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
